The main reason for this is delay in the early detection of diabetes & high B.P.& failure to control blood sugar & B.P. when time is at hand. Diabetes & high B.P. affect various organs like heart, eyes, kidneys & brain. Uncontrolled diabetes & high B.P. is the main reason for increased incidence of heart attacks.
By keeping blood sugar, B.P., & cholesterol under control one can avoid the occurrence of heart attack, kidney failure, paralysis attacks in the future. For this, what is required is regular health check up for early detection of complications of Diabetes & high B. P. & regular follow up with doctor.
